LUG has just introduced into its offer the new group of water-proof luminaires that distinguish themselves in specialist application, mainly for health services buildings, operating rooms, laboratories, etc. Thus in rooms where prevention against humidity and dust as well as high intensity of light is essential.

The LUGClassic Medica is a group of energy-saving luminaires, which are destined for linear fluorescent lamps T5 and T8. Its housing is made of powder lacquered steel sheet (white as a standard). The luminaire features parabolic louver (PAR) either in matt or polished aluminum version as well as with transparent hardened glass, which is assembled into a frame. Appropriately constructed handles allow easy and fast glass dismantling for example in order to change light source what significantly reduces maintenance costs. This fitting features gasket which guarantees high IP. As a standard fitting is equipped with electronic control gear (EVG). Moreover all of the LUGClassic Medica luminaires are available with emergency system.

The LUGClassic Medica group can be installed in suspended modulated ceilings as well as in plasterboard ceilings. It is also available in surface mounted version and 600x1200 module.
