LUG goes LED

We continue to carry out our strategy of development towards modern lighting technologies.

As part of our strategic commitment to development towards modern, environmentally friendly LED lighting technologies we will continue the sales of conventional luminaires until their stocks run out.

Carrying out future projects and orders for luminaires in conventional technology will be possible until these products are completely withdrawn from our offer. Orders placed after conventional luminaires are withdrawn from our offer will be carried out after proper analysis and confirmation of components’ availability with our suppliers. We estimate the withdrawal of all conventional luminaires from our offer to be completed by the end of 2016.

We would also like to inform you that the withdrawal of conventional product families will be carried out individually and will be preceded with an announcement and removal of these products from our website. Also, each withdrawn conventional product will be replaced in our offer with a suitable LED equivalent.

After introducing the production of LED components and light sources into the operations of LUG’s factory in Zielona Gora in 2013 and opening our modern research and production centre in 2015, the decision to gradually withdraw conventional luminaires from our offer is the next step in carrying out our strategy of development towards modern lighting technologies.
